We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our automotive sales team. A $3,000/month guarantee is available after 90 days for seasoned salespeople who demonstrate consistent performance and commitment.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner
- Understand customer needs and present suitable vehicle options
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
- Guide customers through the entire sales process from inquiry to closing
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, and promotions
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to maintain relationships
- Meet or exceed dealership sales targets and performance benchmarks
- Complete all sales documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions
Requirements
This position requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Sales Representatives must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, in a competitive retail environment.
Education and/or Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1–2 years automotive or high-volume sales experience preferred
- Valid Operator Driver's License (must be insurable)
