Warehouse Associate

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will assist in loading, unloading, stocking, issuing, and maintaining inventory of goods, materials, and tools while ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency in all warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload, receive, and store incoming products, tools, and equipment.
• Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report any issues promptly.
• Accurately sort, label, and organize materials in designated areas (racks, bins, or shelves).
• Maintain and update inventory records using computer systems (MS Office, Vista, Control, SX.e, Prophet 21).
• Issue tools, products, and materials to team members and document all transactions.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate requisitions for replenishment.
• Deliver tools or materials to designated work locations.
• Inspect and maintain tools/equipment, reporting any wear or defects to supervisors.
• Follow all safety guidelines and contribute to a clean, organized warehouse environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, work orders, and procedures.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and percentages).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Physically able to lift, move, and handle materials safely.

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
