We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendar management for staff or providers
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy
- Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and other office software for administrative tasks
- Support office management activities including bookkeeping and record keeping
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Maintain organized reception area and ensure all office supplies are stocked
- Assist with administrative support tasks such as typing correspondence, managing emails, and supporting personal assistant duties if required
Experience
- Previous office experience or clerical background preferred
- Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Experience with data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management is desirable
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse clientele
- Prior roles as a medical or dental receptionist or in administrative support are beneficial
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
