- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, including spreadsheets and document management software
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using productivity software such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy using computer literacy skills and clerical experience
- Support office management tasks such as inventory control, bookkeeping using QuickBooks, and general administrative duties to enhance office productivity
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or reception roles with strong clerical skills
- Excellent communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities (if applicable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and word processing tools
