THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support a production facility and serve as a key member of the People Team. This role partners closely with site leadership to align business objectives with HR strategy, driving scalable growth and strong organizational performance. The HRBP will execute core HR programs, advise leaders on talent and employee relations, and help build a high-performing, engaged workforce. This is a full-time, on-site position in a fast-paced production environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

Partner with site leadership to align HR strategy with business goals and operational needs.

Identify talent gaps and implement solutions across performance management, succession planning, and development.

Drive employee engagement initiatives and support culture-building efforts across the site.

Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, including conducting investigations and recommending outcomes.

Support and lead change management initiatives, including communication planning and risk mitigation.

Develop, implement, and scale HR programs, policies, and processes.

Build strong cross-functional relationships with leadership and internal People Team partners.

Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and leave administration processes.

Partner with Centers of Excellence including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Employee Relations on key initiatives.

Manage site-level HR operations such as onboarding, employee data updates, and administrative processes.
WHAT YOU WILL LIKELY NEED

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

7 years of HR Business Partner experience in a strategic and hands-on capacity.

Experience supporting production, distribution, or high-growth environments.

Experience working with large hourly employee populations.

Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.

Proven ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of an organization.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution and administrative responsibilities.

Demonstrated experience supporting organizational change, restructuring, or growth initiatives.

Experience in union environments is strongly preferred.

HR certifications such as SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are a plus.

Must be able to work on-site in a production environment with exposure to allergens

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks as needed
