Role: MS/Tele RN - Night Shift
Location: 70-Bed Rural Facility
Shift: 3x12-Hour (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Schedule: Weekdays, Every Other Weekend
Contract Length: 13 Weeks (Possible Extension)
Start Date: ASAP
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced MS/Tele RN to join our dedicated team for a night shift position at a rural facility. The RN will provide exceptional care to a diverse patient population, including occasional pediatric/adolescent patients. You will work closely with LPNs and have the support of a House Supervisor available 24/7.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in Medical-Surgical/Telemetry settings
- Float to other units as needed, including ICU and ER
- Monitor and interpret telemetry strips
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Cerner EMR
Requirements:
- Licensure: WV or Compact RN License (Pending License Acceptable)
Certifications:
BLS (Required)
ACLS (Required)
PALS (Preferred)
Experience:
- 2 Years of RN Experience
- 1 Year in MS/Tele
- 2 Years in Stepdown
- Ability to read telemetry strips
Skills:
- Telemetry (Required)
- Pediatrics (Preferred)
- Charge Experience (Preferred)
- Travel Experience: Not Required
