Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Snellville, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting behavioral and skills assessments, developing intervention and treatment plans, and providing supervision to RBTs and Trainers.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral and skills assessments as required by funding sources.
- Develop and revise behavior intervention plans and individual treatment plans.
- Provide supervision and training to RBTs, RBT Fellows, and Trainers.
- Perform data analysis to ensure the effectiveness of treatment plans.
- Maintain a safe and supportive therapy environment for patients.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or Education.
- BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
- 2 years of experience as a BCBA (supervisory experience is a plus).
- CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.
