Quality Control Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Quality Control Engineer to join our on-site team in East Brunswick, NJ. The Quality Control Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the development process. Responsibilities include conducting quality assurance tests, implementing quality management protocols, analyzing products and processes, identifying potential defects, and providing clear feedback to enhance performance and compliance. Moreover, excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential.

• Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance methods to ensure product and process excellence
• Strong Analytical Skills for identifying and solving complex quality-related issues
• Experience in developing and implementing Quality Management systems to uphold standards of operation and compliance
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with teams and providing clear, actionable feedback
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in quality control or quality assurance roles is highly desirable
