Looking For
- Have 1-3 years of experience at a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup/scaleup/big tech (Series A or later)
- Have worked on a dev team (4 engineers) and understand team dynamics
- Prefer deep work (i.e., more introverted) over constant chatter
- Experience in enterprise-facing, AI-adjacent companies ideal
- Think in systems and care about doing things the right way
- Are self-driven, highly detail-oriented, and always improving
- Desire to start own business/startup in future
- Desire to work remotely (must be in-person in SF)
- Seeking structured work environments or regular hours
- 1 - 3 years of experience in full- stack engineering
- 1- 3 years at a B2B SaaS startup (Series A or later)
- Extreme comfort with systems design
- Experience working on a dev team with 4 engineers
- Experience building enterprise- facing, AI- adjacent products
Computer Science degree
