Client is hiring a Program Manager to build the business cases behind regionalizing electrical products and supply chains. You'll work with global and regional teams to turn complex trade-offs into clear, data-driven decisions.
Location: On-site, Franklin, Tennessee
What you'll do:
- Assess current end-to-end supply chain footprint for targeted product families.
- Evaluate supplier localization and regional sourcing opportunities.
- Develop regionalization scenarios and strategic recommendations.
- Evaluate ERP impacts associated with regionalization initiatives.
- Present findings and alternatives to senior leadership.
What you'll bring:
- 10 years of supply chain, operations, industrialization, or strategic program management experience.
- Proven experience building complex business cases and executive-level recommendations.
- Experience leading multinational, cross-functional programs.
- Demonstrated success in supply chain transformation and localization/regionalization initiatives.
- Experience working within electrical equipment, industrial manufacturing, electronics, power distribution, or related industries.
