Job Title: Biotechnologist/Manufacturing Associate I
Job Location: Portsmouth, NH (On-site)
Job Duration: 12 Months on W2
Shift Timing: 12-hour night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a rotating schedule of alternating days: two on, two off, three on, two off, two on, three off (repeating cycle).
As a Manufacturing Associate I, you will help produce life-saving therapeutic proteins in a regulated manufacturing environment. You will work as part of a supportive team while building valuable skills in pharmaceutical manufacturing. This is an UpStream MFG role, involving sampling, media prep, and Innoculum. Candidates must be able to gown, lift up to 25 pounds infrequently and stand for long periods of time

What you will do:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment following GMP procedures
- Set up and support cleaning processes, including CIP and SIP
- Perform basic lab tasks such as monitoring pH, conductivity, and testing samples
- Handle and move materials across production areas safely
- Complete production and documentation records accurately
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces
- Support team activities, meetings, and continuous improvement efforts
