Title: Sterile Processing Technician
Location: 2845 Greenbrier Rd, Green Bay, WI 54311
Shift: 8-Hour Day Shift (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, 40 hrs/week)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Facility Type: Level II Trauma Center | Level III NICU & Maternity | Primary Stroke Center
About the Role:
Seeking a Sterile Processing Technician to join our team in Green Bay, WI. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of sterilization, instrument tracking, and infection control. This role offers a crisis rate for skilled technicians ready to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform decontamination, assembly, sterilization, and distribution of surgical instruments and equipment.
- Operate steam sterilizers, V-Pro units, and Medivators independently.
- Utilize Steris SPM instrument tracking system (required).
- Maintain accurate sterilization and quality control documentation.
- Support a wide variety of service lines including orthopedics, neuro, ENT, GYN, robotics, and cardiothoracic.
- Float between two sterile processing sites (Main & East) within the same building.
Requirements:
Certification: CRCST or CBSPD (Required)
Experience: Minimum 1.5 years Sterile Processing experience (travel experience preferred)
Software: Must have experience with Steris SPM tracking system
Skills:
- Decontamination, assembly, sterilization
- Instrument inspection and high-level disinfection
- Familiar with steam & low-temp (V-Pro) sterilization
- Independence: Able to work solo in assigned area (decon, assembly, or sterilization).

- No On-Call / No Weekends / No Holidays
- No Hospital Orientation (4 shifts: 2 in each department)
