About The Role
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive IC Support Specialist to play a critical support role for our regional team. This individual will work closely with two Senior Strategic Partner Managers (Sr. SPMs), enabling them to focus on higher-level strategic management responsibilities. In addition to supporting internal workflows and administrative needs, this role will directly manage a portfolio of approximately 20–25 clients, ensuring a best-in-class partner experience.

Key Responsibilities
Client Management/Team Support (20–25 Accounts)
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 20–25 merchants.
Conduct monthly check-ins, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and escalate partner issues as needed.
Monitor merchant performance and execute tactical initiatives to support growth and retention.
Deliver consistent and high-quality partner communication.
Support deck creation, data ticket submissions, and related operational tasks.
Handle basic pitch and operational calls when needed.
Support in Menu, Tablet, DAT form, or MXP submissions.
Collaborate with Sr SPMs to align regional goals and identify opportunities.
