Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support large Commercial & Industrial (C&I) demand response programs within a regulated energy environment. This role focuses on managing multiple programs across several states, driving enrollment, overseeing performance, and collaborating closely with cross‑functional internal teams and external customers.
This is a highly collaborative, business‑focused role requiring strong program management, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Manage 2–3 demand response programs across multiple states
- Oversee customer enrollment and account management enablement
- Lead program forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking
- Prepare program reports, regulatory filings, and presentations
- Coordinate billing processes, waivers, customer complaints, and year‑end closeout
- Support enrollment planning and communicate program rules and updates
- Seasonal focus areas:
- Q1: Planning, filings, program performance reporting
- Q2: Enrollment push, webinars, forecasting, readiness planning
- Q3: Event season support, billing setup, performance monitoring
- Q4: Program wrap‑up, final billing, year‑end reporting, next‑cycle planning
Must Have Skills:
- Program management experience (7 years preferred)
- Forecasting and budgeting expertise
- Strong stakeholder collaboration and cross‑functional communication
- Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities
- Experience working in regulated industries (utilities strongly preferred but not required)
