Position Overview
Seeking a flexible and patient-focused RN Ambulatory Outpatient nurse to support Allergy, Immunology, and Asthma/Pulmonary clinics across multiple locations. Candidates should be comfortable working with both adult and pediatric patients in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
Clinic Locations
Scheduled coverage includes:
- Summit
- Menomonee Falls
- Milwaukee
- Greenfield
- Wauwatosa
- Oak Creek
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of clinic experience
- Allergy clinic experience highly preferred
- First-time travelers accepted
- BLS Certification required
- EPIC Ambulatory experience preferred
Patient Population
- Adults & Pediatrics
- Allergy, Immunology, Asthma/Pulmonary
- Food, seasonal, and drug allergies
Required Skills
- Triage & phone triage
- Rooming patients
- Injections
- Vitals & medication review
- Allergy questionnaires
- Medication refills
- Comfortable working with pediatric patients
- IV skills & spirometry preferred
Schedule
- Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:00/5:30 PM
- No weekends
- No call
- Up to 5 days RTO approved
Additional Information
- Average 16–24 patients/day
- 4–5 exam rooms per site
- EMR: EPIC Ambulatory
- 1 week orientation
- Any scrub color allowed
