Role: Product Manager – Retail Product Lines I (Apparel)
Location: Beaverton, OR (WHQ/PHK) – Onsite
Duration: 6 Months Contract (26 Weeks)
About the Role: We are seeking a Product Manager – Retail Product Lines I to support the Men's Streetwear Apparel Product Management team. This position is a great opportunity for someone with experience in sample management, office coordination, or Product Support who is eager to build a career in product management.
The primary focus of this role is managing apparel samples, maintaining product systems, and supporting cross-functional product creation activities while ensuring accuracy and organization throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, organize, and track apparel samples for the Men's Streetwear team.
- Maintain Collection Visual Line Plans (VLPs) and update internal product management systems.
- Support product line management by ensuring system accuracy and data integrity.
- Assist cross-functional teams including Product Management, Design, Materials, Tech Design, Merchandising, Operations, and Planning.
- Help coordinate product creation activities and maintain sample organization.
- Update charts, reports, and product information within internal systems.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Product Management team.
- Ensure excellent organization and attention to detail across multiple projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Retail, Product Management, Business, Merchandising, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in office management, sample management, product coordination, or a related support role.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience managing product data, line plans, or internal tracking systems.
- Knowledge of VLP (Visual Line Plans) and product management processes.
- Previous experience with MMX and Miro is preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting our client or another footwear/apparel brand.
- Interest in Product Management, Product Creation, Color Design, or Technical Development.
- Passion for sneakers, Brand, streetwear, or sports culture.
- Experience with Excel, Keynote, MMX, and Miro.
- Knowledge of apparel or footwear product creation processes.
