Are you an experienced Mainframe Operator looking to support a large-scale 24/7 enterprise environment? Our Client is seeking a skilled professional with strong IBM mainframe operations experience to join a critical IT operations team supporting enterprise infrastructure and production systems.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Monitor and manage IBM mainframe systems in a 24/7 production environment
- Start, stop, and maintain critical system tasks and subsystems
- Monitor system consoles and respond to operational alerts or unusual conditions
- Support system restart operations, shutdowns, and workload recovery activities
- Work closely with system programmers and production control teams to ensure smooth operations
- Support enterprise batch processing and system performance activities

✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of Mainframe Operations experience
- 2 years supporting IBM p-Series / z-Series platforms
- Experience in system monitoring, automation, and enterprise production support
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field or equivalent experience
📌 Additional Details:
- Hybrid schedule available after onsite training
- Training period: 4–8 weeks onsite
- Must be open to rotating shifts including:
- • Morning Shift
- • Swing Shift
- • Graveyard Shift
