We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Network Systems Administrator (ENSA) to help design, maintain, and secure enterprise-wide network infrastructure. This role works under the direction of a Principal Network Systems Administrator (PNSA) and plays a critical role in aligning network operations with business goals.

What You’ll Do
As an ENSA, you’ll be responsible for the health, security, and performance of enterprise networks, including:
- Managing and maintaining enterprise computer systems and network infrastructure
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software
- Supporting and enhancing cybersecurity measures
- Monitoring network performance and resolving issues proactively
- Maintaining systems including VPNs, routers, mainframes, and physical network hardware
- Updating virus protection and security tools to safeguard data and communications
- Collaborating with IT teams and business users to identify system needs and resolve issues
- Supporting end users, including training and documentation where needed
- Creating user guides and instruction manuals for network usage

Required Skills & Experience
Experience
- 5 years of broad experience with networking services and protocols
- 3 years (within the last 4 years) as a Network Systems Administrator or similar role
- 2 years (within the last 4 years) in a security monitoring role
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- (Equivalent experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis)
