Job Description

• :We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Training Content Creator to design and develop engaging, effective eLearning content. This role will be responsible for translating technical and operational information into interactive training modules using industry-standard authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate 360 Storyline
• .The ideal candidate has a strong background in instructional design, multimedia development, and adult learning principles, with the ability to create visually compelling and learner-focused training experiences
• .Reporting to the Body Operational Excellence - Foundations Manager, the person in this role will support the Act 1 objective to develop and maintain training solutions that drive team member performance, compliance and customer satisfaction
