The Project Manager III manages construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion, while maintaining budgets, schedules, and quality standards.

This role operates with moderate guidance from senior project management staff on complex or high-risk decisions.
Job Duties:
Lead full project lifecycle — planning, execution and closeout
Provide on-site field oversight and develop customized project schedules
Manage budgets, change orders and payment application approvals
Support contract negotiations with General Contractors and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with state and government regulations
Manage project documentation and coordinate with Resident Engineers
Drive client satisfaction and financial performance across multiple projects
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in construction project management (PM III level)
Strong budgeting, scheduling, and field oversight skills
Experience with change order and invoice review processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
