Duration: 6 Months Contract Possible Extension / FTE
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Aerospace Technician to support the assembly, integration, and testing of aerospace hardware in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in building and maintaining flight and ground systems that support spaceflight programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, install, and modify aerospace components and structures
- Perform mechanical, structural, and electromechanical work per engineering drawings and specifications
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and rework activities
- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
- Follow safety, quality, and configuration control procedures
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues
Qualifications:
- Experience as an Aerospace, Aircraft, Mechanical, or Assembly Technician
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing or aerospace environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
