General Laborer

Job Summary: We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of physical tasks to support daily operations, including loading, unloading, cleaning, assembling, and assisting skilled workers as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general physical labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Assist in setting up, maintaining, and taking down work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks, pallets, or containers.
• Clean and prepare work sites, removing debris and maintaining a safe workspace.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
• Provide support to skilled workers, supervisors, or other team members as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous general labor or construction experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Willingness to work indoors/outdoors and in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy materials safely.
• Comfortable working in varying environments (hot, cold, wet, noisy).
