Some weeks may be four 10 hour days, while others follow a Monday through Friday, eight hour schedule. Overtime is available.Per diem may be offered depending on job location and travel distance.Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Steel Erector Foreman to lead and supervise a field crew on commercial and industrial steel erection projects. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the field while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every job site.Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise a steel erection crew on job sitesAssign daily tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently and safelyRead and interpret blueprints and project specificationsCoordinate materials, tools, and equipment needed for each projectWork closely with other trades and project leadershipEnsure all work meets quality standards and project timelinesEnforce OSHA and company safety standards at all timesMonitor job progress to help keep projects on schedule and within budgetRequirements:Minimum of two years of steel erection or related field experiencePrevious leadership or foreman experience preferredStrong understanding of steel erection processes and job site safetyWorking knowledge of OSHA standardsAbility to travel to job sites throughout the stateBackground check and drug screening requiredOpenings: 1 position availablePosting Timeframe: Initial two week posting period
