- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a lineman with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of electrical powerline construction, maintenance, and safety standards.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions safely.
- Experience with both overhead and underground powerline systems.
- Familiarity with utility industry software and project management tools.
- Completion of an apprenticeship program or technical training related to powerline work.
- Strong leadership and communication skills demonstrated through prior supervisory experience.
