- Maintain daily outbound activity including calls, visits, and new business development metrics
- Partner with recruiting teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client labor needs
- Track sales activity and pipeline progress in CRM systems
Requirements:
- 1 years of sales experience (staffing, construction, or B2B strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated ability or strong willingness to hunt for new business through outbound prospecting
- Comfortable with field sales and frequent job site visits
- Strong communication, persistence, and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $50,000–$60,000 depending on experience
- Uncapped commission based on revenue generated
