The position requires consistent in-person client engagement and daily office presence starting at 6:30 AM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and secure new construction clients through cold calling, site visits, and networking
- Generate and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities within commercial and residential construction sectors
- Conduct in-person meetings on job sites and at client offices to understand workforce needs
- Present HireQuest’s staffing solutions and close new accounts
- Maintain daily activity metrics including calls, visits, and new client acquisition
- Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure fulfillment of client labor needs
- Track sales activity and performance in CRM systems
Requirements:
- 1 years of sales experience, preferably in staffing, construction, or B2B services
- Proven ability or strong willingness to hunt for new business through outbound efforts
- Comfortable working in a field sales environment with significant time spent visiting job sites
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to report to the office every day at 6:30 AM
Compensation & Benefits:
