Role Description:
This is a full-time position, on-site role based in Atlanta, GA for the initial 2 months of your employment for training. After that it can be an all nationwide client placement. The Big Data Developer will design and implement scalable data solutions to process and analyze large datasets. Responsibilities include building and managing data pipelines, performing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, developing data models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and quality. The role also involves optimizing performance and troubleshooting data systems to support organizational goals.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of any IT-related experience with data
- Willingness to under-go to training period before client placement
- Willingness to relocate for training and eventually client deployment
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
- Knowledge of distributed systems, Hadoop, Spark, or other big data frameworks is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
