This is a newly created position designed for someone who thrives in ambiguous environments and enjoys bringing structure, alignment, and execution to complex, cross-functional initiatives. Reporting directly to the firm's Managing Director of Operations, you'll work across virtually every business function, helping leadership design new processes, improve operating effectiveness, and execute strategic priorities that support the continued growth of the firm.

What You'll Do

- Build relationships across the organization to understand existing operating rhythms and identify opportunities for improvement.
