A well-established, nationally-recognized RIA is looking to bring on an ambitious wealth advisor for its Scottsdale office. This firm takes a planning-first approach and works with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients and families. Advisors here plug into an existing referral network, an in-house advanced planning team, institutional-caliber investment solutions, centralized operational support, and modern technology, so you can spend your time on clients rather than infrastructure.
This is a strong fit for someone who's spent time in a second-chair role and is ready to step into more ownership. You'll need at least four years of experience and a genuine interest in both growing a book of business and managing client relationships day to day. The firm offers a clear two-year path to partnership, with the potential to take part in succession planning further down the road.
What you'll do
- Build and manage a book of business, developing lasting relationships with HNW and UHNW individuals and families
- Deliver financial planning and investment advice tailored to each client's goals and changing circumstances
- Work alongside the firm's internal planning, investment, and wealth management specialists to bring clients integrated solutions
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and your own business development efforts
- Be a consistent, trusted presence for clients over the long haul
What you'll bring
- 4 years in a client-facing role at an RIA
- Bachelor's degree and CFP designation (required)
- Demonstrated business development experience
- Comfort working with financial planning software, custodian platforms, and CRMs
Compensation: $100,000 base salary, guaranteed for the first two years, with real upside beyond that as your book grows.
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
