Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to Practice Directors and Administrators across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Collaborate closely with physician leaders to align operational strategies with clinical objectives and patient care excellence.
- Develop and execute initiatives that strengthen physician engagement, enhance satisfaction, and improve retention.
- Drive financial performance through targeted revenue growth, effective cost management, and margin optimization strategies.
- Lead practice expansion efforts, including market growth, service line development, and new business opportunities.
- Implement standardized workflows and best practices to improve operational consistency, scalability, and efficiency.
- Oversee onboarding, training, and leadership development to build high-performing teams and future-ready leaders.
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts, optimizing supply chain operations to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
- Supervise facilities operations to maintain safe, efficient, and supportive environments for both patients and providers.

- Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations.
