Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Value Creation
- Develop and execute a scalable strategy to grow audiology, allergy, and other ancillary services
- Identify and lead de novo expansion opportunities, including new service line launches and site development
- Drive EBITDA growth through increased utilization, service mix optimization, and operational leverage
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics tied to growth, profitability, and ROI
- Standardize and scale ancillary operations across a multi-site platform
- Implement best practices across workflows, productivity, and performance management
- Optimize patient access, scheduling, and throughput to maximize capacity
- Partner with clinical leaders to align staffing models with growth objectives
- Own full P&L responsibility for ancillary service lines
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Leverage data and analytics to identify gaps and drive improvement initiatives
- Execute cost optimization strategies while maintaining high-quality patient care
- Build strong alignment with physician partners to drive adoption and utilization of ancillary services
- Collaborate with executive leadership and private equity stakeholders on growth strategy and performance
- Serve as a key liaison across clinical, operational, and corporate teams
- Lead and develop clinical and operational leaders across audiology and allergy
- Build a high-performing, accountable organization capable of supporting rapid growth
- Recruit and develop talent as the platform continues to scale
- Support the integration of ancillary services within newly acquired practices
- Assess current-state capabilities and implement standardized operating models
- Identify and capture synergies to accelerate value creation post-acquisition
- 8–12 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare services
- Proven success building and scaling service lines within multi-site or high-growth environments
- Strong operational and financial acumen with direct P&L ownership
- Experience driving growth through a combination of organic initiatives and operational optimization
- Ability to work independently, influence physician stakeholders, and drive change across the organization
- Experience with de novo development and/or M&A integration is strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MHA) preferred
- Location: Flexible within the platform’s footprint (Southeast into Texas)
- Travel: Moderate travel across markets
