The Senior Associate, Strategic Initiatives will play a key role in executing enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across a complex, high-growth healthcare organization. Reporting to the Manager of Transformation, this individual will partner with leaders across operations, clinical functions, finance, and analytics to turn strategy into action, manage high-impact projects, and deliver measurable operational and financial results.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Initiative Execution
- Support the design and implementation of high-impact strategic initiatives aligned with enterprise growth and value creation goals.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable operational plans focused on improving quality, patient outcomes, efficiency, and cost structure.
- Lead assigned workstreams from planning through execution, ensuring measurable and sustainable impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Change Management
- Partner with clinical, operational, and corporate stakeholders to drive successful execution of transformation initiatives.
- Support adoption of new processes, workflows, and operating models across the organization.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships while fostering accountability, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
Project & Program Management
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives within a dynamic transformation portfolio.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, governance materials, and executive-level updates.
- Proactively identify risks and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely execution and delivery.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Leverage data and analytics to assess initiative performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Partner with analytics teams to define KPIs, track outcomes, and communicate insights to leadership.
- Use data-driven insights to inform recommendations and prioritize future transformation efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, or related field) preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in management consulting, healthcare strategy, operations, transformation, or a related discipline.
- Prior healthcare consulting experience strongly preferred.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
- Experience in value-based care, physician practice management, population health, or multi-site healthcare systems is a plus.

Salary : $100,000 - $145,000
