As a Senior Executive Recruiter, You Will
- Lead full-cycle executive search engagements, from client intake and strategy to candidate placement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Consult with clients to understand hiring needs, organizational culture, and long-term business goals.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier executive talent.
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and present comprehensive candidate profiles to clients.
- Negotiate offers and guide both clients and candidates through the closing process.
- Stay informed on industry trends, talent market insights, and competitive intelligence to advise clients strategically.
- Mentor and coach junior recruiters, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
We’re seeking an experienced, results-driven recruiting professional with:
- 5 years of executive search or senior-level recruiting experience, preferably in a retained search environment.
- Proven success placing leadership-level talent, including VP, C-suite, and board roles.
- A strong professional network and deep knowledge of executive hiring trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to manage multiple high-priority searches with precision and professionalism.
- Strategic thinking and a consultative approach to solving client talent challenges.
- Experience using modern recruiting tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM/ATS, market mapping tools).
- A bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field preferred; advanced degree is a plus.
