The organization is seeking a high-performing finance professional to join in a newly created role focused on enterprise-wide financial analysis and executive decision support. This position sits at the center of a complex, multi-entity business and provides direct exposure to the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Private Equity stakeholders.
This role is the “A” in FP&A, fully dedicated to analysis, performance insight, and executive-level storytelling. The individual will work across large, complex datasets to develop clear perspectives on business performance, key value drivers, and opportunities to enhance EBITDA.

Key Responsibilities
- Own analysis of enterprise-wide financial and operational performance, identifying key drivers of revenue, cost, and EBITDA
- Develop high-quality, executive-ready materials for the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Private Equity stakeholders
- Translate complex, multi-variable data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Partner directly with senior leaders across Finance, Operations, and Clinical teams to validate assumptions and refine analyses
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to support performance tracking and strategic decision-making
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on key business questions, including performance gaps, margin optimization, and growth opportunities
- Support Board- and investor-level reporting with rigorous, insight-driven analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- 4-10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting
- Strong grasp of EBITDA, pro forma analysis, and core value creation levers
- Advanced financial modeling skills and comfort working with large, complex datasets
- Proven ability to independently structure analyses and produce executive-level outputs
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Experience working with or within private equity-backed companies
- Exposure to healthcare or other complex, multi-site operating models
- MBA or equivalent experience
- Direct, consistent exposure to CEO and Private Equity stakeholders
