Primary Responsibilities
- Support the development and management of a robust acquisition pipeline aligned with the company’s strategic growth objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, business owners, and industry stakeholders to identify and assess high-potential acquisition opportunities.
- Partner with the Chief Development Officer to ensure seamless handoff from target identification through deal execution.
- Assist in all phases of the M&A lifecycle, including target evaluation, financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction structuring.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to lead comprehensive diligence efforts spanning financial, legal, operational, and regulatory areas.
- Prepare and deliver deal materials—including financial analyses, valuation models, and strategic rationale—for senior leadership and board approval.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate development, or private equity.
- Demonstrated track record of contributing to successful deal execution across multiple transactions.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and due diligence processes.
- Solid understanding of corporate finance, transaction structuring, and investment analysis.
- Results-driven and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Exceptionally organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple active projects.
