Job Summary
HireLevel is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to help keep manufacturing operations running safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. This hands-on role will focus on preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment repairs, and identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician:
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
- Diagnose emergency equipment breakdowns and complete necessary repairs
- Troubleshoot and work with electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical equipment
- Perform welding and fabrication as needed
- Identify recurring equipment issues and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime
- Maintain spare parts and inventory for critical equipment
- Support plant safety initiatives and OSHA requirements
- Work closely with production and other departments to maintain efficient operations
- Help identify opportunities for continuous improvement and increased equipment reliability
Requirements for the Maintenance Technician:
- 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience required
- Automotive manufacturing experience required
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and industrial manufacturing equipment
- Electronics and welding experience preferred
- Knowledge of Toyota Production System (TPS) and Just-in-Time (JIT) manufacturing is a plus
- Ability to work multiple shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid passport and ability to travel, including occasional international travel
