Job Title: Member Engagement Coordinator
Pay range: $25-27 hr
Location: Tampa, 33602 Harbour Island
Schedule:
Primarily 8:00-4:00 or 8:30-4:30. It’s a 7.5 hour shift. We are in office Tuesday and Wednesday and remote the other days.
Typically on the in office days employees do the 8-4 with ½ hour lunch.

Main responsibilities:
- Monitoring the membership mailbox and responding to routine inquiries
- Routine CRM operations (account/contact/record maintenance/updates, data entry, running standard reports)
- Administrative support for the Americas team
- Meeting scheduling and coordination
- Travel arrangements and expense reporting , invoicing for the VP
- Preparing presentations and outreach materials
- Research support for outreach efforts
- Ensure that membership data in the CRM system is accurate, up to date, and complies with data governance standards. Maintain and update membership data in the CRM system and track records. Run reports and pull data from the CRM for the Membership team.
Required:
- 5 years of High level Administrative Support, preferred C suite Executive Assistant
- Prior experience working with a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM), such as Salesforce
- Associates degree in a business-related field
- Proficiency in MS 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
