Laundry Attendant - Hybrid Housekeeping

What You'll Do
As a Hybrid Housekeeping & Laundry Attendant, you'll support several areas of our housekeeping operation to ensure every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay.
Guest Room Cleaning

• Clean and service guest rooms to hotel quality standards
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities
• Sanitize bathrooms and thoroughly clean all surfaces
• Identify and report maintenance or safety issues
• Ensure every room is guest-ready and beautifully presented

Laundry Operations

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens and towels
• Safely operate laundry equipment
• Inspect linens for stains or damage
• Maintain linen inventory levels
• Keep laundry facilities clean and organized

Public Area Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness in lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, offices, and common spaces
• Empty trash and clean floors, glass, and high-touch surfaces
• Help ensure public areas remain clean, welcoming, and guest-ready throughout the day

Houseman Support

• Deliver linens and supplies to housekeeping teams
• Remove soiled linens and trash from guest floors
• Stock housekeeping closets and storage rooms
• Assist with meeting room setups and furniture moves
• Respond promptly to guest requests for towels, amenities, cribs, rollaways, and other items
• Support housekeeping operations wherever needed

What We're Looking For
Preferred Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, hotel, laundry, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills
• Strong time-management and organizational abilities
• Commitment to providing outstanding guest service
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to push housekeeping carts and move supplies safely
• Comfortable performing physically active work in a fast-paced environment
