Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team. This role will lead the company’s financial strategy, oversee all financial operations, and support sustainable business growth through data‑driven insights and disciplined financial management.

The CFO will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to ensure financial stability, operational efficiency, and long‑term scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term financial strategies
• Partner with the CEO and executive team on key strategic and operational decisions
• Lead financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, capital planning, and banking relationships
• Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks
• Drive cost optimization and efficiency initiatives
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements
• Lead internal and external audits
• Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing finance and accounting team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred
• 10 years of progressive experience in senior financial leadership roles
• Proven expertise in financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills

• Experience supporting growing or scaling organizations
• Background in professional services, consulting, or similar environments
• Demonstrated experience working directly with executive leadership
