What You’ll Lead
- Full ownership of finance, accounting, cash flow, and reporting
- Long-range planning, forecasting, and strategic decision support
- Acquisition due diligence and integration
- Process improvement, ERP enhancement (Epicor preferred), and data visibility
- Leadership of Finance, HR, IT, and Supply Chain teams
- Working capital, margin improvement, and operational excellence initiatives
What You Bring
- 7 years of financial leadership (manufacturing preferred)
- CPA or public accounting experience strongly preferred
- Experience leading finance for small/mid-sized companies ($10M–$50M )
- Strong controls, reporting, forecasting, and systems orientation
- PE experience a plus—but strong “small company CFO” experience is equally valuable
- Hands-on, collaborative, low-ego leadership style
