About the Role:
Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a seasoned Regional Director to lead retail automotive store operations across Nebraska and Tucson, AZ. This multi-unit executive role oversees district managers and store teams to drive regional profitability, operational excellence, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct operational and financial performance across multi-district retail automotive locations.
• Own regional P&L results including revenue growth, labor productivity, and expense control.
• Coach and develop district managers, store managers, and emerging field leaders.
• Translate enterprise priorities into actionable field execution plans and operational standards.
• Oversee acquisition integration, new store openings, and multi-unit market expansion.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 7-10 years of progressive multi-unit leadership experience overseeing 20 retail or automotive units.
• Strong mastery of retail P&Ls, labor modeling, COGS management, and operational KPIs.
• Proven track record of scaling revenue and leading large cross-functional field teams.
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel extensively across the region.
