Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured rotational program across Building, Pipefitting, and Electrical Work to develop comprehensive mechatronics skills.
- Interpret and apply blueprints to complete assigned tasks accurately.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement instruments safely and effectively.
- Support system testing, debugging, and commissioning activities to ensure functionality and quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and OSHA standards.
- Demonstrate continuous learning and adaptability by applying feedback and gaining proficiency across all functional areas.
