- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Engineering, or related field
- 2-3 years of professional experience in strategy, partnerships, consulting, or business development
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a global setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in multicultural or international environments
- Familiarity with venture capital, venture building, or corporate innovation
- Exposure to energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors
- Language skills: German or Spanish preferred; other languages a plus
- Understanding of AI applications in business or strategy
- Experience with tools like Miro, Notion, or project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com)
- Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive mindset in navigating complex stakeholder landscapes
- Strategic Partnerships Associate play a pivotal role in supporting the development of global partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic collaborations within business.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners including our Ventures teams (Venture Capital, Venture Building, and Venture Clienting) to help shape initiatives that drive portfolio growth and innovation.
- Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule meetings across time zones with internal and external stakeholders
- Draft and refine strategic documents, partnership proposals, and benefit analyses
- Create compelling presentations for senior leadership and global teams
- Support the evaluation and development of joint ventures and strategic alliances
- Collaborate with Ventures teams and other business units
- Maintain organized documentation and follow-up actions for partnership initiatives
- Contribute to strategic planning and execution of global partnership efforts
