Are you ready to build your career by joining an engineering consultant company? If so, our client is hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer/Project Manager.
Position Type:
- Direct Hire
- On-Site
- REVIT and CAD experience in residential and commercial real estate projects including high rises is required.
- Minimum 5-10 years' design experience in residential and commercial real estate projects including high rises obtained at other MEP firms.
- Proficiency in REVIT and CAD design required.
- PE license in Florida highly desirable.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.
- Oversee our electrical department and sign and seal all drawings.
- Ensure all projects are designed as per local and State mechanical Codes primarily for Florida.
- Provide quality and cost control during the design and construction process.
- Strive to accomplish company goal of quality workmanship by improving quality of design and setting standards.
- Lead the project team to ensure technical accuracy of the project deliverable.
- Identify and address the need for additional services and fees to clients in a timely fashion.
- Conduct technical reviews of engineered drawings and specifications prior to issuing to clients and the design teams for review, design, permit and construction.
- Conduct fields review as per engineered mechanical set and highlight deficiencies.
