Position Type:
- Contract
- On-Site - 80% travel to include weekends and potential holidays.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 4 plus years of previous experience working within a Make to Deploy and/or Order to Cash Operations organization.
- Extensive Excel (pivot tables and data analysis) and PowerPoint knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail; highly organized, with project planning and time management skills.
- Comfortable with challenging the status quo and ask difficult questions.
- Effective communicator, both written and oral; ability to articulate or demonstrate perspectives and best practices.
- Challenges requirements, open to recommending and implementing changes to business processes.
- Results oriented, able to complete projects on time while managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to adapt to and work within multi time zones and adjust work schedule appropriately.
- Ability to visualize new business processes across the organization.
- Responsible for delivering the new harmonized process, data, analytics and controls within the sub-process area of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Provide knowledge and experience to project activities within the warehouse and inventory process areas.
- Serve as a link between baseline business leaders, IT development team and any third-party regarding software functionality, throughout the project.
- Escalate appropriate decision-making requirements to Project Leadership.
- Support adoption and change management, as well as develop and deliver end-user training where needed.
- Provide deployment support.
- Provide post-go-live support (Hyper-Care).
