- College degree or previous contact center experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, sales, or call center
- Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Aptitude to multi-task and adjust quickly to change
- Highly professional, career-driven, and committed to World-Class Service
- Financial services or banking experience
- Experience handling inbound calls and account-related inquiries
- Experience with Cash Management, online banking, and mobile banking support
- Demonstrated employment stability and a record of successfully completing prior assignments
- Handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on accounts
- Respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- Consistently meet key department performance metrics
- Provide functional support for Cash Management products and services, Online and Mobile app, and general account or financial-related inquiries
