We are partnering with a large, established enterprise undergoing a multi-year digital transformation across its global supply chain and manufacturing platforms. Operating at significant scale, this organization is modernizing mission-critical systems to improve demand forecasting, configuration, ordering, and end-to-end decision-making.
This role sits within a Digital Innovation organization and functions as a senior technical product owner and delivery lead. You will define strategy and execution plans, own delivery outcomes, and act as the connective layer between business leaders, enterprise architects, engineering teams, and systems integrators.
This is a contract-to-hire role with permanent headcount approval and a clear path to full-time conversion. The position follows a hybrid model with a minimum of three days per week onsite, with openness to increased onsite presence over time.

Key Responsibilities
Delivery Ownership & Execution
- Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex software initiatives from planning through production
- Define and manage delivery plans, roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, budgets, and staffing models
- Ensure predictable delivery, quality outcomes, and proactive risk management
- Make decisions on team composition, delivery sequencing, and trade-offs
- Serve as the technical product owner, partnering closely with a business product owner
- Define delivery strategy, execution plans, and non-functional requirements including security, performance, scalability, and reliability
- Participate deeply in architecture and design discussions, challenging existing standards and proposing new approaches when appropriate
- Balance scope, technical constraints, and delivery timelines to meet business objectives
- Level of depth in design reviews or code reviews is flexible and driven by the individual
- Coordinate closely with enterprise architects, engineering leaders, and delivery stakeholders
- Act as the primary delivery counterpart to systems integrator project managers
- Hold SI partners accountable for delivery, quality, staffing, and timelines
- Escalate risks, delivery blockers, and resourcing challenges with clarity and urgency
- Comfortably challenge architects and engineers on technical decisions and standards
- Lead and influence a core delivery team of approximately 8 to 10 people
- Own a blended onshore and offshore model, roughly 70/30
- Drive alignment across internal teams and external partners
- Apply agile and hybrid delivery practices at enterprise scale
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and design reviews
- Define and track delivery KPIs and continuously improve execution
- Support platforms spanning configuration, ordering, planning, and demand signal ingestion
- Work across the full lifecycle from demand forecasting to manufacturing and lot planning
- Partner with engineering and data teams to deliver modern, data-driven solutions
- Navigate complex configuration data and manufacturing product definitions
- 8 years leading complex software delivery or technical product initiatives
- Strong technical background as an engineer, technical lead, or technical product owner
- Proven experience influencing architecture without being hands-on in production code
- Experience defining strategy and translating it into executable delivery plans
- Cloud platform experience, AWS preferred, Azure or GCP acceptable
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and modern delivery tooling
- Familiarity with React, Node.js, and distributed systems concepts
- Strong communication skills with the ability to operate confidently at senior levels
- Large-scale enterprise IT environments or global transformation initiatives
- Supply chain, manufacturing, configuration, ordering, or demand planning domains
- Demand forecasting experience or exposure to planning systems
- Managing multi-team, multi-vendor, or SI-led delivery models
- Exposure to data pipelines, analytics platforms, or complex configuration data
- High-impact role driving global, business-critical transformation initiatives
- Significant autonomy to shape the role, delivery approach, and technical direction
