Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dynamic team in Citrus Hills, FL. As a COTA, you will work closely with a licensed occupational therapist to design and implement effective treatment plans for patients of all ages. Your expertise will focus on helping patients develop, recover, or maintain the skills needed for daily living and work.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the occupational therapist in the development and implementation of patient treatment plans
• Conduct evaluations of patients' physical abilities and functional limitations
• Provide occupational therapy interventions to patients, including exercises, activities, and education
• Collaborate with the occupational therapist to modify treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment

Requirements:

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification in Florida
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in occupational therapy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Work Environment:

• Part-time and full-time positions available
• $30 - $37 per hour salary range
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs
