HireCare Services is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Behavior Technicians (BTs), ABA Therapists, and Behavioral Technicians to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs throughout West Point, VA and surrounding communities.

What You'll Do
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT), you'll provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities
Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by your supervising BCBA
Provide direct behavioral therapy services in home and community settings
Support clients in developing communication, social, play, and daily living skills
Utilize evidence-based ABA strategies and positive reinforcement techniques
Collect and record accurate session data
Complete session notes and required documentation in a timely manner
Collaborate with supervising clinicians regarding client progress
Build positive and professional relationships with clients and caregivers
Maintain confidentiality and professional standards
Qualifications
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Ability to travel to client sessions within the service area
Ability to pass required background screenings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
Experience working with children
Experience in ABA, autism services, behavioral health, childcare, education, caregiving, or related fields
Training Opportunities
Candidates without an active RBT certification are encouraged to apply. Training and support may be available for qualified applicants interested in becoming a Registered Behavior Technician.
Schedule
Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
Afternoon and after-school hours available
Monday-Friday schedules
Optional weekend opportunities based on client needs
15-30 hours per week depending on availability and case assignment
Preferred Availability
Monday-Friday afternoon availability
Consistent weekly schedule preferred
Ability to commit to ongoing client sessions
Service Area
Cases are assigned based on client needs and technician availability throughout West Point, VA and nearby communities.
Compensation
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Compensation is based on certification status, experience, availability, and case assignment.
