Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of Registered Nurses on every other weekend, ensuring that patient care is delivered in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to nurses to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports
- Develop and implementing policies and procedures to promote excellence in patient care
- Identify and address patient safety concerns
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Massachusetts
- 2 minimum years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (to be discussed further during the interview process)
